The restaurant is located in the center corner of this “L” shaped, neighborhood based, retail strip shopping center. Anchor in the center is a ~35,000 sqft. Morrazzo’s Market grocery store, Firkin Tavern (a bar and restaurant), Sal De Forte’s (an Italian dining restaurant), Aijka Ramen (a Chinese dine-in/takeout restaurant), Ewing Pharmacy, a Health Center, Barbara’s Hungarian Food (a dine-in/takeout restaurant), Pretzel Factory, New Beginnings Skin & Hair Care and a Dry Cleaners (counter service type). The existing business has two (2) signs mounted on an existing tower element directly in front of the storefront, facing north and west.
